Description
The State of Connecticut is soliciting vendors to provide zero- to low-toxicity, PFAS-free, low-VOC, and/or low-greenhouse-gas-emitting paints, coatings, thinners, removers, and related products. The price schedule includes interior and exterior paints and primers, clear finishes, lacquer, recycled or reprocessed paint, anti-graffiti, fire-resistant, floor, roof, traffic, waterproofing, rust-inhibiting, specialty and swimming-pool coatings, thinners, strippers, cleaners, spray paints, and automotive paint products and hardeners. Products must be suitable for wood, stucco, drywall, masonry, concrete, metal, asphalt, grass, and synthetic turf, and available in specified container sizes, finishes, and colors. Vendors must meet applicable product-certification, recycled-content, VOC, packaging, labeling, quality, delivery, and Connecticut Paint Product Stewardship Program requirements. The contract provides for purchase orders by participating client agencies, with delivery generally FOB destination and a stated standard delivery term of 10 business days after receipt of order.
