Description
The City of Springfield is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call, as-needed journeyman painting services at various municipal and school locations. Contractors must provide all labor, materials, and equipment required for the work. The City intends to award up to three contracts to the lowest responsible and eligible bidders. The estimated value is not to exceed $500,000 per contract per year. The initial term is one year, with two one-year renewal options at the City's discretion. A 20% Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise participation goal applies, and Massachusetts prevailing-wage rates are required.
