Description
The U.S. Marshals Service is soliciting one CORE Tactical Kit under a total small-business set-aside. The kit must include a CORE 10-foot pole grip, CORE under-door camera head with two cameras, CORE pole camera head with thermal and visible cameras, a 5-inch monitor, and a hard case. Technical substitutions are not allowed, although the items are not restricted to a specific brand; vendors offering an alternative must provide technical specifications for evaluation. Quotes must be submitted in two volumes: a company-letterhead quote with line-by-line pricing, technical details, CAGE code, and estimated delivery date, and a signed SF-1449 with CLIN pricing and the completed USMS-0004 clause. The quoted price must remain valid for 90 days. The evaluation will use a lowest-price-technically-acceptable approach, and delivery is required 30 days after receipt of order.
