Description

The Paideia Academies is soliciting proposals for managed internal broadband services for its existing E-Rate-eligible internal connections. The selected provider will manage, monitor, maintain, update, and optimize the school's wired and wireless networks; proactively identify and resolve performance issues; and provide remote and on-site technical support for troubleshooting, repairs, and staff assistance. The scope also includes software updates, security patches, bug fixes, performance reports, service documentation, and incident records. Proposals must separate eligible and non-eligible costs, include pricing for licenses, software, installation, testing, taxes, fees, and shipping where applicable, and outline service-level agreements, response times, and escalation procedures. Vendors must have a valid Service Provider Identification Number, comply with E-Rate and FCC requirements, and avoid prohibited or covered communications equipment. The required E-Rate Service Provider Bid Response Worksheet must accompany the proposal.
