Description
The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the purchase of gas pipe and materials for the Lawrenceville Gas Department, specifically for the Cedars Rd to Sugarloaf Pkwy DOT project 13895. The selected supplier will be responsible for storing the materials and providing "just in time" delivery to various locations in Lawrenceville, GA, in coordination with the awarded contractor(s). The materials must be produced in the USA from steel manufactured in the USA, meeting 45th Edition API standards. The manufacturing date of the materials should not exceed 6 months of age. Remaining unused materials are to be delivered to 435 W. Pike St., Lawrenceville, GA 30046. The City requires pricing to remain firm for the duration of the initial contract term. Award will be made to the supplier submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
