Description
The City of Haines City is soliciting proposals for a turnkey wastewater force main extension on Hinson Avenue. The work includes approximately 1,400 linear feet of 14-inch HDPE DR-11 force main installed by horizontal directional drilling in one continuous operation; a live hot-tap connection to an existing 12-inch cast-iron force main; a future-extension Y assembly; a precision connection to Manhole 263; and structural rehabilitation of Manholes 293 and 263 using a certified Sprayroq lining system. The contractor must furnish labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permitting, utility locates, FDOT-compliant maintenance of traffic, continuous access management, redundant bypass pumping sized for at least 1,293 GPM, testing, automated fusion-joint logs, as-built drawings, and site restoration. The proposal must include a firm lump-sum cost and unit prices for specified unforeseen conditions, along with the required technical approach, qualifications, references, workload and schedule information, cost summary, and executed solicitation attachments.
