NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support intends to solicit Raytheon Company on a sole source basis for a 3-year repair Blanket Purchase Agreement (BOA) in support of the Next Generation Jammer - Mid Band (NGJ-MB) system. The attached document lists the specific nomenclatures, National Stock Numbers (NSNs), part numbers, and estimated yearly quantities for the required repair parts. Raytheon Company is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source for providing this repair support. The government does not own the data or rights to purchase this part from additional sources. This procurement will utilize FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. Interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, and must express their interest and capability within 15 days of this notice. Proposals received within 45 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered. Electronic procedures will be used, and the solicitation will be posted to NECO with an approximate issue date of July 2, 2026, and a response date of August 1, 2026.
