Description
Tarrant County is soliciting bids for the purchase of oil and lubrication products for vehicles and equipment. The awarded vendor will provide products under a twelve-month contract, with two optional additional twelve-month renewal periods. Prices must remain firm throughout the contract term, and renewal-period documents must be submitted at least 30 calendar days before the applicable option period begins. The solicitation identifies fuels, fuel additives, lubricants, and anticorrosive materials as the relevant commodity category. The opportunity has no bid bond requirement and no pre-bid conference.
