Description
Orange County, Indiana, seeks proposals for an employee Health Insurance Plan encompassing medical/pharmacy, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. Proposals may address any portion of the plan, including medical/pharmacy only. The county currently has approximately 111 full-time employees and approximately 85 covered employees, and coverage must support employees using Kentucky medical facilities and Kentucky medical professionals. The estimated budget is $1,500,000. Responses must include an executive summary, company overview with Indiana experience and public-sector references, compliance statement, detailed cost proposal, at least three references, exceptions, and confirmation of Kentucky provider coverage. The selected proposer must maintain appropriate licenses, insurance, data-security controls, confidentiality protections, and compliance practices.
