Description
The City of Hibbing is soliciting proposals from health insurance carriers to provide services for the City's self-insured employee health insurance plan, which currently serves approximately 140 subscribers. Proposals are due November 1, 2026, by email. Once final proposals are opened, all proposals and associated data will be considered public data. The contract term may not exceed two years unless the City and the exclusive representative of the largest employment group mutually agree otherwise. The City reserves the right to reject late submissions and negotiate all terms.
