Description
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources seeks preventative maintenance services for water and wastewater systems at Tippecanoe River State Park under a two-year contract. The scope covers systematic inspection, servicing, repair, parts replacement, callback service, testing, cleaning, and adjustment of water and wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, wet wells, pumps, wells, control panels, blowers, electrical equipment, cross-connection control devices, and related appurtenances. The contractor must perform an initial site inspection, develop and maintain a preventive-maintenance schedule, conduct scheduled service visits—generally quarterly, with seasonal visits where specified—and provide service reports, work orders, condition reports, and recommendations. Emergency services may also be requested outside planned maintenance visits, with a telephone response within 30 minutes and on-site service within a timeframe agreed with the property manager. The bid package requires use of the provided bid form and includes a minimum self-performance requirement of 15 percent of the total contract value.
