Description
The City of Bridgman is soliciting bids for a general construction contract covering all trades to replace the Weko Beach boardwalk in Bridgman, Michigan. Bidders must use the attached bid form and may submit sealed or emailed bids. The successful contractor must complete substantial work by March 30, 2027, and must provide a performance bond, a separate labor and material payment bond, and required insurance. Insurance requirements include commercial general liability coverage of at least $5,000,000 per occurrence and $10,000,000 aggregate, vehicle liability insurance as required by law, and workers’ disability compensation or equivalent coverage at statutory limits; the City must be listed as an additional insured on the commercial general liability and vehicle liability policies.
