Description
The City of La Porte is soliciting sealed bids for Phase 3 improvements at Soldiers Memorial Park and Stone Lake Trail. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for trail and facility improvements, along with all other work shown and specified in the contract documents. Construction sites are adjacent to Lakeshore Drive between Craven and Orchard, along Grangemouth Drive, and at the existing Mountain Bike Trailhead Parking Lot. Bidders must submit the prescribed Bid Form, State Board of Accounts Form 96, an executed non-collusion affidavit, signed addenda if issued, an affidavit concerning Indiana immigration-law compliance and investment activities in Iran and debarment, an affidavit of compliance with the City's responsible and responsive bidder requirements, and 5% bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond. The contract documents must be obtained from the City; documents obtained from another source will make the bid non-responsive.
