Description
South Huntington Union Free School District is soliciting separate sealed bids for courtyard renovations and related site work at Memorial Sixth Grade Center. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, subject to the district’s rights to reject bids, alternatives, or informalities. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk-through is scheduled for October 26, 2026. Bids must be submitted as sealed bids for public opening; phone, fax, and email submissions are not accepted. Each bid must include bid security equal to 10% of the total bid amount. Contract documents are available for examination and may be obtained digitally or in hard copy for the stated fees and deposits.
