Description
The Town of Portland and Portland School Building Committee are requesting qualifications and proposals from qualified design professional firms to serve as Architect-of-Record for the renovation of the existing Valley View Elementary School building and grounds. The scope includes comprehensive school-building project planning; architectural, engineering, construction-professional, and consultant services; construction oversight and administration; and other related professional services. The project is expected to receive a school-building construction grant from the State of Connecticut through the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services. A mandatory pre-submission meeting and project-site walkthrough is required for interested proposers. Sealed qualifications and proposals must be submitted by mail, courier, or hand delivery; facsimile and email submissions are not accepted.
