Description
The Addison County Regional Planning Commission seeks a qualified environmental or planning firm to implement its EPA Community-Wide Assessment Brownfields grant. The scope includes project and grant administration; public outreach; brownfields inventory, site identification, and prioritization; Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments and technical investigations; cleanup and risk planning; and reuse, market, and redevelopment planning. Expected deliverables include assessment and investigation reports, quality assurance project plans, outreach materials, site inventories and rankings, cleanup alternatives and budgets, and reuse and redevelopment plans. The solicitation states a total contractual budget of $450,000. Proposals are evaluated on project approach, experience and capabilities, key personnel experience, regulatory and technical knowledge, and cost. The selected firm is expected to provide a current fee schedule with rates fixed for at least 24 months.
