Description
The City of Bellevue is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Eastrail to NE Spring Boulevard Trail Link. The work includes erosion control; clearing, excavation, and site grading; construction of a geosynthetic wall with concrete fascia, a cast-in-place wall, and stairs; storm drainage improvements; an HMA trail; sidewalk improvements; channelization, signing, and lighting; landscaping and irrigation; wetland mitigation; railing and fencing; traffic control; property restoration; and miscellaneous related work. The contract is partially funded by the Federal Highway Administration and must comply with Federal Aid Construction Contract provisions, including Build America Buy America requirements. A 10% Federal Small Business Enterprise goal applies. Bidders must submit the required WSDOT Form 272-022 Bidder Questionnaire with their bids. A bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond equal to at least 5% of the bid amount is required.
