Description
The City of Bellevue is soliciting construction bids for the Eastrail to NE Spring Boulevard Trail Link. The work includes erosion control; clearing, excavation, and site grading; geosynthetic and cast-in-place concrete retaining walls with stairs; storm drainage improvements; an HMA trail; sidewalk improvements; channelization, signing, and lighting; landscape and irrigation; wetland mitigation; railing and fencing; traffic control; property restoration; and miscellaneous related work. The engineer's estimate range is $4.8 million to $6.2 million. A Federal Small Business Enterprise goal of 10% applies. Bidders must include a complete and valid Bidder Questionnaire (WSDOT Form 272-022) with the bid; omission or incomplete information may cause the bid to be deemed irregular and rejected.
