Description
The Pinellas County School District is soliciting bids for the chiller replacement project at Oldsmar Elementary School. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor and materials necessary for replacing air-cooled chillers CH-1 and CH-2, with additional alternate options as listed on the drawings. Bidders must be Florida Licensed Mechanical Contractors and provide evidence of experience with chiller replacements, including at least 10 projects within the last 5 years. The contract period is for 120 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 23, 2026, at Oldsmar Elementary School.
