Description
The school district is soliciting bids for the replacement of compressors and condensing units for walk-in coolers at two locations: Bridle Ridge and South Middle. The work includes replacing the compressor and condensing unit with an enviro control or like system, providing a 24-month labor/service warranty (12 months included), and a 5-year compressor warranty. Additional box work and floor work may be required. The total estimated cost for both projects is $77,898.00.
