Description
Atlanta Housing seeks a cloud-based travel and expense management solution with integrated Travel Management Company services. The solution must automate travel requests, pre-approvals, policy enforcement, online booking, travel advances, receipt capture, expense reimbursement, budget controls, audit trails, dashboards, reporting, and 24/7/365 traveler assistance for airline, hotel, and rental-car reservations. It must also support consolidated invoicing, invoice intake and routing, validation and exception handling, three-way matching, centralized documentation, and integration with Yardi Voyager for financial postings, reconciliation, and payment processing. The response must describe the proposed solution, implementation approach and timeline, staffing, pricing, references, training, Yardi Voyager integration, customer support, data security, subcontractors or third-party platforms, assumptions, exceptions, and applicable contract terms. The subsequent contract is planned as a one-year base term with four additional one-year renewal options. Insurance documentation will be requested from the supplier selected for intent to award and must be provided before contract execution.
