Description
This Sources Sought notice requests capability statements from qualified contractors able to support the Area Support Group–Jordan Directorate of Logistics. The anticipated requirement includes two Commercial Travel Office personnel, one information technology specialist, and one contracting specialist. The scope includes official and emergency travel support, personal property processing and shipping, fleet management and dispatch, unit mailroom operations, information technology support for NIPR/SIPR networks and command-and-control systems, and contracting and Acquisition and Cross-Servicing Agreements support. The notice expressly excludes Property Book Technician and DEERS/RAPIDS Terminal Operator/Passport Assistance labor categories from the scope to be priced. Responses must demonstrate corporate capabilities, socioeconomic status, experience recruiting, deploying, and sustaining personnel in OCONUS environments—particularly the CENTCOM area or Jordan—and the ability to source and manage the specified labor categories. The capability statement must be no more than five pages and submitted in PDF or Word format. The performance work statement identifies Secret clearance requirements for applicable contractor personnel and the contractor facility, along with extensive security, training, transition, quality-control, reporting, and operational requirements.
