Description
The Rose Bowl Operating Company is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive ticketing services for major events, defined as events with attendance exceeding 20,000 patrons, and select enterprise events at Rose Bowl Stadium. The scope includes event ticket planning and onsale preparation; venue manifest and seating configuration management; ticket pricing, holds, presales, promotional codes, and sales-channel coordination; order fulfillment, payment processing, ticket printing and shipping; ticket sales, will-call, customer service, and event-day staffing; ticket scanning at entrances; and coordination with ticketing-system vendors and venue information-technology staff. The contractor must also provide ongoing sales, attendance, audit, marketing, customer analytics, deposit reconciliation, settlement, financial, and post-event reports; year-round maintenance of the stadium seating manifest; event-day equipment, personnel, customer-service, cash-handling, and credit-card reconciliation; and final event settlement and funds remittance. The initial contract term is one year with two one-year renewal options. The successful proposer must make an annual stadium investment of at least $12,500 through premium seating inventory, stadium sponsorship, and/or a Rose Bowl Legacy donor pledge. Proposals require separate technical and price submissions, with the technical proposal, additional data, and statement of qualifications limited to 50 combined pages and formatted in 12-point font on standard letter-size pages.
