The Virginia State Lottery is seeking qualified travel agencies with demonstrated experience managing complex travel logistics and delivering high-level service for incentive travel, prize fulfillment programs, and VIP experiences. The scope includes 24/7 traveler support with a one-hour response standard. The opportunity is open under Round 4 and includes Addendum 3, which added a second round of questions.
