Description
The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy Singapore, is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for itinerary planning, admissions and reservations, scheduled ground transportation, remote logistical coordination, contingency support, and reporting for a Texas influencer familiarization tour. The program will serve five Singapore-based social media influencers and two Government escorts, for seven travelers total, with activities scheduled from October 3 through October 11, 2026. Required activities include a separately ticketed NASA tram tour including the historic Mission Control Center for all seven travelers, with a standard NASA tram tour as the contingency if the preferred tour is unavailable. The technical proposal must include one to three relevant contract or project examples performed within the five years preceding the proposal deadline. Experience may come from the offeror, a proposed subcontractor, or proposed personnel, provided the relied-upon entity or individual will perform a meaningful role under the resulting contract. Each example must identify the customer and contact information, project details, dates, traveler count, services, approximate value, relevance, performing entity, and applicable prior and proposed roles. Proposals must acknowledge Amendment 0001, contain no price information in the technical volume, and be submitted in English as searchable PDFs through Unison Global Marketplace.
