Description
The City of Calgary is seeking qualified commercial airlines to establish one or more non-exclusive corporate airfare discount agreements for official City business travel. The program is intended to provide competitive discounted fares, flexibility across domestic and international routes and schedules, service benefits, and ongoing program support. The City expects to establish agreements with at least two major airlines rather than commit exclusively to a single carrier, promoting competition and allowing City employees to select flights that meet their scheduling and operational needs. The estimated contract period is 26 months, with a proposed start date of October 15, 2026.
