Description
Turner Construction Company is seeking to prequalify a subcontractor for Trade Package 173, East Exterior Wall, as part of the Terminal 3 West Modernization project at San Francisco International Airport. The selected subcontractor will provide complete design, engineering, preconstruction, and construction services. The scope includes metal stud framing, plaster, metal panels, glazing, and skylights. Structural demolition of the existing structure and exterior wall will be performed by others. Bidders must develop and submit pre-proposal drawings for review against the project's architectural and performance requirements before submitting a final lump-sum, no-qualification proposal. The estimated trade package value is $20 million, and the solicitation includes a 5% CMD LBE participation requirement.
