Description
The U.S. Department of State is seeking capability information from qualified small-business vendors able to provide 27 types of new equipment across three groups: personal protective equipment, tactical equipment, and ballistics equipment. Items include chemical-protective suits, full-face respirators, respirator filters, fentanyl test strips, N95 respirators, angle grinders, radios, metal detectors, medical kits, generators, binoculars, ballistic helmets, mandibles, visors, helmet-mounted cameras, and ballistic shields. Vendors may respond for one, two, or all three groups but must provide every item within any group selected. Equipment must be new and supplied through manufacturer-approved distribution channels, with applicable specification sheets, photographs, export paperwork, and product availability information. The anticipated procurement would require delivery within 90 business days after award, physical inventory and inspection, manufacturer warranty support in Mexico for specified equipment, and closeout documentation in English and Spanish. This notice is for market research only and does not request a formal proposal, quote, or offer. Respondents must submit a completed Equipment Specs Excel file and a capability statement addressing company information, relevant experience, socioeconomic programs, recommended classification codes, draft-SOW recommendations, pricing-model information, and related product and warranty capabilities.
