Description
Brazosport Independent School District is requesting percentage discounts from vendors' current catalogs or price lists for a broad range of fine arts products and services. The scope includes marching band, concert, mariachi, estudiantina, choral, dance, and costume uniforms; footwear; brass and woodwind accessories; percussion equipment and replacement parts; instrument stands, cases, cleaners, and repair supplies; piano and keyboard accessories; music stands; tuners and metronomes; string-instrument and guitar supplies; printed music; and related music supplies and accessories. The solicitation also includes instrument repair services for woodwind, brass, and percussion instruments, dry cleaning for band, choral, ballroom attire and costumes, and art supplies such as clay, glazes, carving tools, temperature cones, and kiln equipment. Vendors must provide catalog, price-list, or website links for applicable product categories and complete the required certifications, pre-employment and pre-service affidavit, references, Form 1295, bid specifications, and supplier information. The procurement is structured as a catalog-discount solicitation rather than a fixed-quantity purchase.
