Description
Cameron County is soliciting bids for recurring, as-needed delivery of paper and envelope products during fiscal year 2026–2027. The requested categories include 25% recycled cotton paper, recycled envelopes, non-recycled index cards, NCR paper, and 30% recycled color paper, with specified sizes, weights, colors, packaging, and approximate annual quantities. Bidders may submit pricing by category, and awards may be made separately by category or line item, with up to three supplier levels established based on unit pricing. Deliveries must be made to the requesting departments’ internal storage areas, primarily the County print shop, and pricing must include delivery to the destination. The solicitation requires an original bid and an electronic searchable PDF copy on a flash drive in a sealed envelope, along with the completed bid packet and required forms. The contract period is November 1, 2026, through November 1, 2027, with options for two additional one-year renewals subject to County approval.
