The Greater Brownsville Incentive Corporation (GBIC) is soliciting competitive bids for the construction of public improvements for the Greater Brownsville Tech District, Phase II project in Brownsville, Texas. The project includes mass grading, street construction, drainage improvements, and utility installations necessary for the subdivision of an industrial development.
