Description
The City of Tamarac is seeking qualified contractors to provide a complete and operational irrigation system for the Colony West Golf Club golf course and associated landscaped areas. The work includes demolition of selected existing elements and construction of proposed improvements in accordance with the bid documents, special conditions, technical specifications, and design plans. The project includes a new golf course irrigation system; a 230-horsepower, 2,200-gallon-per-minute irrigation pump system and enclosure; a concrete foundation pad for the pump station; a 72-inch outside-diameter precast concrete wet well; canal intake liner replacement; a steel access ladder; and electrical service to the new irrigation pump station. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the work.
