Description
The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio is soliciting proposals for a centralized hospital competency management software solution and implementation services. The solution must support competency assignment, tracking, validation, renewals, gap analysis, automated notifications, audit trails, regulatory reporting, dashboards, role-based access, employee and manager self-service, configurable competency frameworks, and compliance with Joint Commission competency documentation requirements. The proposed platform must integrate with Oracle HCM Cloud for employee and organizational data synchronization and support secure APIs or other data exchange mechanisms. Vendors must address implementation planning, ongoing support, education, updates, issue resolution, accessibility, security, scalability, clinical ladder management, certification and licensure tracking, and detailed pricing. Minimum qualifications include five years of competency software experience and three years of hospital competency software experience. The proposal must include the required execution, pricing, questionnaire, addenda, security, TX-RAMP, accessibility, AI governance, VetHUB, and process forms, along with a detailed proposal, detailed scope of work, and detailed quote.
