Description
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is soliciting a contractor to remove two existing 10-by-10 sheds and replace them with three new 10-by-10 sheds. The work includes installing new 12-by-33-foot gravel pads, overhead garage doors, appropriate roofs, and entry walkways. The solicitation is an MBE set-aside, and only suppliers with active MBE certification when the solicitation closes may submit a response. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. A site walkthrough is scheduled for September 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.; prospective attendees must notify Daniel Leonard by the stated deadline. Responses and inquiries must be submitted through OhioBuys.
