Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the repair or overhaul of one FQIS external fuel panel, NSN 6610-14-543-6786, part number 749746-1-1, for an HC-27 aircraft. The work must be performed in accordance with the latest revision of the OEM Component Maintenance Manual and the Statement of Work, using required technical expertise, engineering data, and OEM SAFRAN AEROSYSTEMS parts. The anticipated award is on a sole-source basis to LEONARDO SPA, although other responsible sources may submit quotations. Offerors must provide proof of current FAA certification, OEM approval, or Air Force approval. Non-OEM or non-Production Approval Holder vendors must be FAA Part 145 certified and perform at least 50% of the work at their FAA-certified facility. Quotations must include pricing, delivery lead time, required representations and certifications, and a Certificate of Conformance in the specified format. Delivery is required within 280 days after receipt of order; early and partial deliveries are acceptable. Only FOB Destination or FOB Origin shipping terms will be accepted.
