Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks information from organizations capable of providing Field Service Representative support for a Japan KC-46A aircraft program involving Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures (LAIRCM). The anticipated requirement includes one qualified in-country FSR and one alternate FSR to support organizational-level maintenance, troubleshooting, fault isolation, inspections, training, spares monitoring, logistics coordination, configuration management, testing, reporting, and program management. The FSR is expected to perform on-site support at the host-country air base, with remote technical reach-back during mobilization as needed. Respondents should demonstrate relevant military aircraft, aircraft survivability, avionics, or comparable technical-system experience; qualified and deployable personnel; installation access and host-nation supportability; training and authorization readiness; continuity and backfill planning; and the ability to provide resumes, qualification records, authorization documentation, commitment letters, mobilization timelines, and capability information.
