Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking four each of a soft-sided medical instrument and supply bag identified as NSN 6545-01-596-9140. The specified item is an EZ-IO vascular access pack for G3, designed to hold the G3 power driver and supplies for intraosseous access procedures, with a built-in cradle and organized storage for needle sets and other medical supplies. The bag is for use with NSN 6515-01-571-3152. The quote must identify the source and part number being supplied. The item must comply with applicable medical marking, packaging, packing, inspection, domestic-material, and delivery requirements. Delivery is required within 20 days after award, FOB destination, with a quantity of four and no quantity variance. All quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
