Description
The City of Chesapeake, through its Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department, is seeking qualifications from qualified park and open-space planning and multidisciplinary firms. The requested services include park and open-space planning, landscape architecture, public engagement, park master planning, and detailed park design and documentation. Services will support the planning, design, and construction of various park development, improvement, and enhancement projects throughout the City's park system on a project-by-project or on-call basis. The response is to exclude costs, and the bidding process is conducted through the buyer's online procurement portal.
