Description
The project involves construction of a replacement pump station with two 25-horsepower submersible solids-handling pumps and a permanent natural-gas bypass pump. Work also includes a force-main tie-in with approximately 720 linear feet of new 10-inch HDPE force main and associated appurtenances. Additional work includes drainage improvements, replacement of the existing triple culvert with a precast box culvert, pipe and two manhole rehabilitations, demolition of the existing pump station, and maintenance of access through a temporary ingress/egress easement serving an adjacent cemetery. Responses must be submitted through the Hampton Roads Sanitation District's Online Oracle ERP system; the eVA system is not accepted.
