Description
The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, acting on behalf of Georgia State University, is seeking multiple architectural and engineering firms for an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. The selected consultants will provide planning, design, estimating, scheduling, traditional architectural and engineering construction documents, and construction administration for small renovations, adaptive reuse, and minor capital projects across six campuses. Projects may range from $10,000 to $1,000,000 in construction costs; the total project value under one consultant contract will not exceed $5,000,000, and fees under a single IDIQ contract will not exceed $600,000 in any contract year. Services may include integration of information technology, audiovisual, and network systems; sustainable design; ADA, fire, and life-safety coordination; master-planning and design-standard compliance; progress reporting; and project meetings. The contract is approximately 12 months with four possible one-year renewals. Respondents must submit a qualifications package addressing relevant higher-education experience, proposed personnel and project manager, team organization, local Atlanta staffing, collaborative consultant relationships, design approach, sustainability expertise, and differentiating qualifications. Short-listed firms may be interviewed and will then submit a sealed rate schedule.
