Description
The Georgia Technology Authority, on behalf of the Office of Digital Services and Solutions, is soliciting proposals from qualified managed hosting providers to deliver secure, resilient, scalable, and fully managed hosting services for GovHub, the State of Georgia's shared Drupal-based content management system supporting more than 90 state agencies and public-facing websites. The selected provider will support production and non-production environments and provide infrastructure and product operations, deployment support, web application firewall operations, security and compliance support, monitoring, alerting, logging, backups, restoration, disaster recovery, incident response, performance and scalability planning, customer support, and transition services. Responses must address security, continuity, Drupal and government or regulated-environment experience, multi-agency operations, identity and access management, data ownership and transition-out, AI usage, references, and pricing. The contract has a two-year initial term with three one-year renewal options.
