Description
The City of Cumberland is soliciting bids for the provision and installation of a new two-flume water slide within Constitution Park Pool. The project will be performed alongside demolition of the existing slide structure, and the contractor must coordinate the construction timeline with the City if separate bidders are selected for the two projects. Work must be completed before April 1, 2027. A proposal guaranty in the form of a bond or certified check equal to at least 5% of the total bid is required with each bid. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds for construction contracts exceeding $100,000 when the contract is executed.
