Description
The Washington State Health Care Authority seeks one Washington-based Peer Run Organization to manage and host the 2027 Annual Peer Pathways Workforce Development Conference for up to 425 Certified Peer Counselors, Certified Peer Support Specialists, Peers, and peer allies. The contractor will establish and support a planning committee, manage conference timelines and budgets, develop and maintain the conference website and online registration systems, coordinate the venue, presenters, exhibitors, scholarships, lodging, travel assistance, and continuing-education activities, and provide on-site conference staffing. The scope also includes venue contracting and audiovisual coordination, two days of catering and refreshments, registration and payment processing, presenter and keynote-speaker management, conference marketing materials, signage, name tags, printed programs, and branded takeaways. The contract is tentatively scheduled for November 23, 2026, through September 30, 2032. The total contract amount may not exceed $280,000, including $25,000 reserved for scholarships and $20,000 reserved for branded takeaways; bidder proposals themselves may not exceed $235,000.
