Description
The City of Omaha is requesting quotes from qualified companies for the complete removal and disposal of 20 specified trees. Trees must be cut as low as possible, all debris must be removed at the contractor’s expense, and each work site must be left clean. The contractor is responsible for repairing damage to streets, turf, or private property and coordinating any necessary road closures or Omaha Public Power District assistance. The response is an all-or-none bid for the complete scope, with work due by December 15, 2026. Bidders must submit questions through the electronic bid event’s Questions tab; questions will be answered on October 5, 2026. Required response materials include the Employee Classification Act affidavit, Responsible Contractor Compliance Form, Certificate of Insurance, City of Omaha Arborist License, and SEB Participation Disclosure Form. The opportunity is reserved under the City of Omaha’s Small and Emerging Small Business program.
