Description
The City of Omaha is requesting quotes from qualified contractors to remove 20 specified trees under Contract 1 for Parks Forestry. Trees must be cut flush to the ground as low as possible, with all debris removed and disposed of at the contractor's expense. The contractor must leave yards and streets clean and repair damage to streets, turf, or private property. The work is an all-or-none bid for the complete listed scope and must be completed by December 15, 2026. Contractors must coordinate any necessary road closures or Omaha Public Power District assistance. The response must include the required arborist license, insurance certificate, Employee Classification Act affidavit, Responsible Contractor Compliance Form, and SEB Participation Disclosure Form.
