Description
The Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services at the Quarles Treatment Division in Marietta and the Wyckoff Treatment Division in Acworth. The scope covers treatment plant complexes and intake and pumping station complexes, for a combined total of four locations, under one contract. Separate sealed bids are required, and the bid form must be obtained from the Owner with the contract documents and submitted without interlineations, additions, or deletions. Two optional facility tours are scheduled, and questions must be submitted by email by the stated deadline. The solicitation package identifies no detailed service specifications, quantities, contract term, budget, or insurance requirements.
