Description
The Agency for Community Transit, part of Madison County Transit, is conducting a Request for Information to identify qualified providers of static and digital billboard advertising services throughout Madison County, Illinois. The requested inventory may include traditional vinyl, illuminated, full-motion digital, and rotational-message billboard displays. Respondents should provide billboard identifications, exact locations, GPS coordinates, direction of travel, daily traffic counts, illumination specifications, viewing metrics, estimated impressions, and pricing structures. This is market research rather than a request for pricing or proposals, and it does not constitute a commitment to purchase. The agency indicates a potential budget not exceeding $15,000 for calendar year 2027. Responses are limited to firms that own, operate, manage, or have direct contractual authority over the proposed billboard assets; third-party brokers, advertising agencies, resellers, intermediaries, and entities acting solely as brokers are not permitted.
