Description
The Special School District of St. Louis County is seeking proposals for the purchase of specified Hon furniture for Southview School. The solicitation includes classroom tables, student and teacher desks, student and teacher chairs, makerspace and art furniture, cubbies, drying racks, storage units, electrical components, panels, worksurfaces, workstation components, and related accessories. The listed products are specified as new Hon furniture, with no substitutions or refurbished items accepted. Proposers must provide firm pricing, including delivery, installation, maintenance, supplies, training, and any applicable storage charges. Furniture installation must be completed by commercial furniture installers, and installer details must be provided if installation will be performed by a party other than the furniture supplier. The proposal must include a transmittal letter, company and project-team information, pricing and fee details, a sample standard service agreement, insurance capability documentation, references, and the required signature, conflict-of-interest, terminated-contracts, and federal work authorization materials. Three printed proposal copies and one flash drive are required.
