Description
The City of Lodi Transit Division is seeking a qualified advertising firm to develop and manage an exclusive transit advertising revenue program. The contractor will solicit advertisers; market and sell advertising; manage advertiser contracts and accounts; coordinate design and production; install, remove, replace, and maintain approved advertising; manage inventory; handle billing and collections; and provide financial and revenue reporting. Advertising opportunities include full or partial vehicle wraps, tail and exterior panels, interior vehicle advertising, and bus shelter advertising panels. The current planning inventory includes approximately 23 vehicles available for exterior advertising and 11 passenger shelters, although the City does not guarantee specific inventory, locations, configurations, or quantities. The contractor must comply with the City's advertising policy, obtain required City approvals, use durable and removable materials, maintain advertising in a professional condition, coordinate work without disrupting transit operations, and provide monthly financial reports and payments. The proposal must include a technical proposal and a separate price proposal using the City's price-proposal form, with a minimum revenue share of 46% of net advertising revenue and a minimum annual guaranteed payment of $50,000 for each contract year. The initial term is three years beginning January 1, 2027, with up to two additional one-year option terms.
