DOCUMENT 00 11 14 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS AND LEGAL NOTICE RAPID RESPONSE SERVICES 2026 PROJECT NO. 26505 PWP NO. CL-2027-027 CLARK COUNTY WATER RECLAMATION DISTRIC? SCOPE OF WORK: The Work includes critical repair services to District infrastructure in the Right-of-Way or at any of the District's facilities including, but not limited to, the Flamingo Water Resource Center, Blue Diamond Ponds, Moapa Valley Treatment Facility, Laughlin Water Resource Center, Desert Breeze Water Resource Center, Indian Springs Treatment Facility, Searchlight Treatment Ponds. The Work will be authorized by the District on an as-needed basis throughout the Term of the Agreement as individual Rapid Response Work Scope packages. Scope of Work authorization will be issued through a Work Scope Authorization ESTIMATED COST: The Engineer's estimate is in the $9,400,000.00 to $11,000,000.00 range. A prebid conference will commence at 10:00 A.M. local time Thursday, October 15, 2026. Information for this conference is listed under the Activities tab in Nevada Gov eMarketplace (NGEM). It is strongly recommended that all interested Bidders participate in the prebid conference. Bid documents, specifications and drawings will be available on www.NGEMNV.com. Bids will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website or manually at the Clark County Water Reclamation District, 5857 E Flamingo Rd, Purchasing Division, Las Vegas, Nevada 89122, on or before November 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., based on the time clock at the Clark County Purchasing desk, and will be opened immediately thereafter. Bidders and other interested parties are invited to attend the Bid opening. Information for the Bid opening is listed under the Activities tab in NGEM. Work hours for this project have been established as Monday through Thursday from 6:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Bidders must comply with all applicable provisions of the Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 338, and those requirements imposed by Owner, including without limitation, the Instructions to Bidders (Document 00 21 13). Owner encourages all Bidders to consider utilization of local/small/minority/women-owned/and physically challenged business suppliers, service providers, consultants, and contractors in all of its projects, and hereby proclaims its continuing effort and desire that these businesses be provided the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of this Project.
